Cabin Concierge operates through partnerships with local business owners. Cabin Concierge organizes, books, and confirms all events’ dates & times with our partners to ensure our guests have a seamless stay from start to finish. Cabin Concierge is not liable for any illnesses, injuries, or damages a guest may incur throughout their stay. Each vendor has varying rules on “no-shows,” late arrivals, and refunds and we advise our clients be aware of them in order to have the best experience possible. Similarly, there may be times our card is on file for a reservation and in the event there are overages or additional costs incurred, you will be expected to pay the amount owed to the order of Cabin Concierge. Booking fees associated with vendor reservations are non-refundable. Ultimately, Cabin Concierge reserves the right to handle all refunds at our discretion and we encourage you to keep that in mind at checkout. By making a payment, you signify that you agree to these terms.
